Burial Dream

Tim Burke Perfectly composed and executed post-metal, drawing off those that have come before, but bringing a unique addition to the genre. Atmospheric goodness plus the crushing. Underrated band. Favorite track: Reverse Mirror.

Rhett Huebschmann Sounds so nice, I had to support it twice! The second time around was to pick up one of the remaining copies of the album. Definitely inspired by ISIS, these guys make an album that borrows heavily after the 'Panopticon,' or 'Oceanic' days, but that's OK! You'll almost feel like you are listening to a 'Lost Tapes' album at times. Favorite track: Reverse Mirror.
Sekator

Sekator Really well done post metal, mixing in some solid doses of sludge and more ethereal clean elements. Really good dynamics and excellent songwriting. Very trance-inducing and organic sounding too. Favorite track: As Well as the Body.

Stay, remain Skin has cracked with years In this place we built Of saline breath and tears And walls that never wilt Build the body black Cut a fractured frame Suffering but still Comes to you again (Sink on)

Our machine Hands we knew Our invention Cut us in two Come carry the bones Come through and bury them Come down and split the void Sleep won't sway this Arms won't take this Until the dark gives way (Come down and split the void)

(I'll be here When you wake When this all slips away When you come to) I can't see it yet Mirror keeps my eyes But I know that you're right there On the other side
